Drum lessons focus on musicianship, rudiments, site reading ability, grooves & solos, time & feel, real world application and most importantly having fun and growing through music.
Students learn to read drum set charts and are taught how to read music notation and understand music terminology. Students regularly play with backing tracks, live musicians, and with their favorite recordings. Lessons are taught using various method books and supplemental material in addition to being customized to fit the needs of the student. |

Piano lessons focus on music theory and notation in addition to learning repertoire/progressing through piano method books and as always having fun and growing through music.
Students learn to read piano sheet music and get to play songs that they enjoy. All students are taught the fundamentals of music through books such as the Piano Adventures series by Faber, as well as supplemental material. All lessons are customized to fit the needs of the individual student. |
